Comb (decorating) by Ateco
This triangular or rectangular tool (usually in stainless steel or heavy-duty plastic) with one to four degrees of a zigzag edge is used to comb decoratively the top of soft mixtures, such as frostings, mashed potatoes, thick dips and savory spreads. Use a fork or a serrated knife as a substitute.
