Mini chopper (electric) by Black + Decker
I love having a mini chopper (one that's even smaller than a small food processor) for mincing several cloves of garlic, pureeing small roasted peppers-and even some seeds, dried mushrooms and chocolate into fine powder (although I prefer a spice grinder for those). However, be aware that, after being used for garlic, the plastic cup on some mini choppers will retain the scent. If yours does and you're planning to use this for other than savory purposes, I suggest having an additional work-bowl and labeling one "garlic only" to avoid mix-ups.
