Sheet pan (perforated)
When wanting to make a thicker "Sicilian" style pizza, the holes in this fully perforated 1/2 sheet pan allows heat to grab the underside of the dough to help the bottom and sides brown evenly. Remember to place a sheet of foil or wax paper underneath the pan when applying olive oil to the interior, before adding your dough.
