Mixer (electric), for making bread dough.
If you love to make homemade bread, and if you've got the space and the $$, this is a wonderful mixer. It's different than the ones using a dough hook (although the machine does come with one). The unique "scraper and roller" system, mimics (as close as possible...) the kneading action, when doing things by hand. I love this machine and it's the only one I've ever trusted to help me making dough. It has attachments for whipping cream, mixing batters, etc. but, truthfully, I've never used this machine for those things. I use the KitchenAid.
